Lauren Leadbetter Daley is a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist and graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Trocaire College in Buffalo, NY. Her college clinical hours included: Roswell Park Cancer Research Institute, Kenmore Mercy Pulmonary Rehab, Sister's of Charity Hospital (Labor and Delivery)
Lauren’s professional experience includes work in the high-end spa setting as well as with a successful local Chiropractic office. From July of 2009 to present - Lauren has run her Massage Therapy business as a tenant of Healing Waters Center for Health and Mindful Living in East Aurora, NY. In addition Lauren currently teaches Yoga throughout the WNY community, and works with families through pregnancy, labor and birth as a birth doula (birth coach).
In 2013 Lauren returned to Trocaire College as a clinical instructor in the Massage Therapy program for 2 1/2 years. In May 2015, she completed a 200 hour Yoga Teacher training program at the Himalayan Institute in Buffalo, NY. Most recently she completed her DONA International Doula Training.

About Seven Generations Wellness :
The concept for Seven Generations Wellness is inspired by the Seventh Generation Principle - a value found in the Iroquois Great Law of Peace which advises that we must consider the impact our decisions and actions will have on the next seven generations.
We pass down not only physical genetics, but there is research indicating that our love; our pain; our experiences are also encoded on our very DNA. So in theory, if we move through life with an awareness that what we do in this life will effect the next seven generations, we can choose to make choices that heal. And what we heal in this life, then has the capacity to heal the pain passed down from the seven generations that came before. That is powerful!
Choosing to work toward living according to this principle means to me, not only a call to action for our own health and benefit, but as a loving demonstration of our deep connection, love and respect for our descendants and our ancestors.
My vision for Seven Generations Wellness is to continue the work I have built over the last several years as a Licensed Massage Therapist; a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher; and Birth Doula - working with the Western NY population to encourage healthier lifestyles and empower happier hearts; minds and bodies.
