Cultivating a dailypractice:



Committing to a daily meditation and self care practice can be a daunting task. A common response I receive when I suggest to clients and students to begin an at home daily personal meditation practice, is that they either don't know where to start, or dont have the time. And I understand that! It is why I am called to offer this service.



Description of this service:

          Intially, we will meet - either in person, or on the phone. I will go over a series of questions with you to collect your medical history, your meditation experience (if you have any), and your personal goals. I will take this information and put together a simple, short meditation practice. This will be tailored to work with YOUR lifestyle and level of time commitment. We can even - and often will - start with as little as 3 minutes a day. In this way there is always room to build. I want to make sure that what you receive is sustainable. It is consistency that is the most beneficial.

          Once that is done, we will meet in person. I will teach the practice to you, including the hows and the whys. And we will practice together. You will have an oppertunity here to ask me any questions or make any changes that are needed.

          We will schedule a follow up. You will take your personal practice with you, and begin bringing it into your days, each day.

          At the follow up meeting, we will discuss and make changes or add on as is desired.




My main goal in offering this is for you to attain your success; your upliftment; your own personal self-sovereignty.



I have personal experience of how beneficial giving this to yourself is! It can help you hone skills to approach your life, your actions and reactions with intention and dignity that you take with you throughout your days in all your interactions. I call this RESPONSE-ability. Taking time to commit to caring for your mental and emotional wellbeing, to be able to regulate your own nervous system through breath and focus and intention WILL have a major impact on your life and wellbeing, and the wellbeing of the people you interact with in your life.





Initial appointments: $100

(includes 1st meeting/intake & 2nd meeting/practice)


Follow up appointments: $50

(30 minute session / either on phone or in person)
